Ellipsis
s y l p h e d i t i o n s is inviting submissions for Ellipsis, a new series of small-format publications. Writers are invited to submit proposals or finished text for a small book (twenty text pages). All forms of poetry, short/flash fiction, and more experimental texts will be considered. Translated material is welcome, but all work should be previously unpublished (open deadline).
The publisher intends that the individual publications, sold in sets of three, will build to a lively series offering readers an eclectic mix of writing styles and philosophies. Each threesome published will represent three different literary forms.

In 2006, Sylph Editions won a British Book Design and Production award for its Ten Poems from Hafez by Jila Peacock and this year it has been short-listed for its most recent project, the critically acclaimed Cahiers Series, a collaborative publication with The American University of Paris.
